Deliveries


Depending on the weight of your order your items will either be dispatched first class with the royal mail or next day delivery with DHL/FEDEX. Depending on the service used deliveries within the UK usually take between 1 and 2 days. Deliveries within Europe usually take between 3 and 5 days and deliveries for the rest of the world usually take between 5 and 7 days. Deliveries usually take place between 8am and 6pm. To avoid disappointment please be aware that we cannot guarantee delivery dates the times above are meant as a guideline only and may differ in busy periods such as the Christmas holidays.


In the unlikely case that your item(s) do not arrive a full refund including postage costs will be issued within 28 days of the items dispatch subject to a royal mail/Courier investigation.


Returns Policy


We want you to feel happy with your purchase, so if for any reason you are not, you may send your item(s) back to us for a full refund minus postage costs.


Please note, postage costs are non refundable except in the following circumstances:


* The item(s) you receive are different to those ordered.

Or

* The item(s) you receive are damaged. In these cases it is essential to either sign the package off as 'incomplete or damaged' or if you fail to do this notify us within 24hrs either via email or telephone. If you fail to do this i'm afraid we will not be able to issue you with a refund or exchange as it makes it impossible for us to process any claim.


In the above cases a full refund/exchange will be issued including any additional postage costs incurred by the buyer.*


*Please note, we can only refund up to the minimum postage amount required to send your item(s) back to us. Therefore, we always recommend that items be returned to us using royal mails 2nd class service with proof of postage for insurance purposes. If you would prefer us to arrange a collection for the goods to be returned please let us know and will will happily do this for you.


All items must be returned to us in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. When returning your item(s) please remember to include your receipt so we can deal with your request for a refund or exchange as quickly as possible


When it comes to re-packaging your item(s) please make sure they are packaged sufficiently and securely. Any loss or damage incurred due to insufficient packaging will be charged to the customer.


All refunds will be issued via your original method of payment please note that any payments which were made using Paypal will be subject to a 7% service charge (as charged by Paypal) if a refund is to be made. Refunds generally take 3 working days to process.


Offering this kind of returns policy means that sometimes we lose out but we believe that in the long term customer satisfaction is more valuable & are therefore happy to offer this kind of service.
