Q. Do you sell wholesale?
A. Yes, we do accept wholesale orders, please e-mail us for our discount code for large orders (greater than £500). Please e-mail us with your trading name and address to - www.theshoelounge@yahoo.co.uk
Q. How can I place an order?
A. To keep our costs down and our prices the lowest in the UK we only accept orders online
Q. How many items can I order?
A. There is no limit! You are free to purchase as many items from us as you please and why not when the postage rate stays the same.
Q. Can I return my order if I change my mind?
A. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your items to us as long as they are in a re-saleable condition, with proof of purchase, and within in 7 days of arrival of the goods.
Q. How long will my refund take to show on my account?
A. All refunds are processed within 3 working days so should be visible on your account within 5 working days.
Q. Can i return my order for free?
A. Unfortunately we do not reimburse return postage costs, unless your items have arrived damaged or there has been a picking error.
Q. My items have arrived damaged, what can i do?
A. All orders which have to be 'signed for' must be checked on receipt and signed for 'as damaged'. If this is not the case we will have no way of establishing when the damage took place and will therefore be unable to process a claim and proceed with any refund/exchange. If on receipt you do find the goods are damaged simply refuse to accept them, the courier will then return them to us and we will be able to send out any replacements necessary.
Q. What payment methods can I use to pay for my purchase?
A. We accept all major forms of credit cards inc American Express, Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Master Card, Maestro & Solo aswell as Paypal, Cheques and Postal Orders.
Q. On the payment page it is asking for an issue number but i don't have one.
A. This is only applicable for Solo/Switch cards. If you are not using one of these payment types please ignore this box.
Q. On the payment page its asking for a security code, where can I find this?
A. The card security code is the last three digits above signature strip on the reverse of the card.
Q. What if i am at work when the courier attempts to deliver my items?
A.If you are not in when the courier comes round to deliver your order, they will leave a card through your door. If your order has been sent via courier (DHL), you can call them and arrange a re-delivery of your order. For items dispatched via Royal Mail, your order will have been taken to your local royal mail collections office with instructions to collect them on the card.
Q. Can my items be sent to my work address?
A. Yes! when going through checkout you may specify an alternative address for delivery.
Q. Can I specify a day for the delivery?
A. Unfortunately, we cannot specify an exact delivery date.
Q. How long will my items take to arrive?
A. If you live within the UK your clear shoe boxes should arrive within 1 or 2 days, International deliveries within Europe take between 3 and 5 days and International deliveries outside of Europe take between 5 and 7 days.
Q. How will my items be delivered?
A. Depending on the weight of your order your items will either be sent out first class with the royal mail or via DHL next day courier service.
Q. My order hasn't arrived yet, what should i do?
A. Any orders which fail to arrive within the specified delivery times (above) will be refunded or replaced within 28 days of the original transaction date.
